At the point of sale of a Millennium Plus unit (MLU, TLU or other), Millennium Plus, LLC agrees to provide:


1) Configured Unit(s).

2) A one (1) year limited warranty.

3) Product Materials and Installation Guide.

4) A unique and secure website login (username & password).

5) A website for tracking vehicles/interacting with a unit/vehicle.

6) Three (3) months history of vehicle/unit communications.

7) Usual and customary Product Support.




At the point of sale of a Millennium Plus unit (MLU, TLU or other), the customer agrees to and accepts responsibility for:

1) The cost of the unit(s).

2) The up-front cost of one month's chosen Monitoring Plan and recurring monthly billing.

3) A $0.75 fee per change to default configuration.

4) Any applicable sales tax.

5) Installation (Please contact a Millennium Plus Product Specialist about current promotions/premiums).




Millennium Plus units are shipped FREE OF CHARGE within the continental United States, via secured ground service with an internationally established expediter/courier. Should the purchaser/end-user require express configuration and/or express shipping and handling, or shipping outside of the continental US, additional charges may apply.




Airtime Agreement


» Millennium Plus is not responsible for any Monitoring Plan usage incurred after the unit is shipped.

» All tracking units are activated at the time of shipping, and recurring billing begins from the day the unit is shipped.

» The purchaser must provide a valid credit card to cover Monitoring Plans for all units, including demo units.

» Monitoring Plans are billed monthly, in advance, to the credit card provided, and any overages are billed in arrears (on the next following month's bill).

» The purchaser agrees to pay all Monitoring Plan fees and additional hit fees, either in advance or arrears of the actual use.

» Unused Access Units expire at the end of each month, and do not carry over for later use.

» Millennium Plus owners may update or change their chosen Monitoring Plan at any time by calling 1.888.607.7685 and speaking to a Product Specialist. Changes to the selected Monitoring Plan must be received by the 15th of every month (or the last business day prior to the 15th), to take effect in the next following month. For example: if a Monitoring Plan change is requested on May 15th, the change will be in effect as of June 1st. If a Monitoring Plan change is requested on May 16th, the change will be in effect as of July 1st.

» The purchaser may request that Millennium Plus discontinue monitoring and subsequent billing of a unit at any time via written, post-marked request.



General Agreement


» Millennium Plus units are for use world wide, provided there is adequate GSM coverage. Outside of the United States, international roaming charges may apply.

» Due to the complex nature and individual configuration of each Millennium Plus unit, delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks.

» Millennium Plus units must be drop-shipped to the end-user.

» The purchaser accepts responsibility for proper installation of each unit, either by means of self-installation or professional installation. Failure to properly install a unit and/or negligence on the part of the installer may cause the unit not to perform as designed. Failure to properly install a unit may void the warranty on the unit, and incur aberrant billing circumstances.

» Discontinuation of monitoring and billing deactivates the unit and renders it unusable.

» Reactivation may involve uninstalling the unit from the vehicle, returning the unit to the manufacturer for reassignment and reinstallation of the unit at the unit owner's expense.

» Millennium Plus reserves the right to block any user from accessing the unit, or to deactivate any unit at any time, specifically in non-payment, improper installation or malfunction scenarios.

» Millennium Plus reserves the right to alter, adjust, modify or change these Agreements at any time. Please refer to the legal section of our website for the most current terms and agreements.

» The purchaser agrees to abide by all rules, regulations and responsibilities regarding the safe and proper use of this system. Purchaser agrees that it:

• will install or utilize this product solely with vehicles for which the Purchaser is the owner or has legal possession of;
• will not modify the installation of the system which would in any way disable the vehicle while in motion;
• agrees to consult any federal, state or local rules or regulations for the area in which the system will be used and agrees to abide by such rules and regulations;
• agrees not to use the system in any illegal manner whatsoever and agrees to defend and hold harmless the manufacturer and seller of any claim of any kind resulting from the improper use of the system.
