Millennium Plus Return Policies
Millennium Plus will fully refund most items within 30 days of receipt. All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Please adhere to the following return policies:

Exchanges

If a locating unit is defective it may exchanged for a new unit of the same configuration. All exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns and at made at the sole discretion of Millennium Plus.

Returns

Returns can made within 30 days from the date that merchandise was received for:

o Battery Powered Mobile Locating Units
o Solar Powered Mobile Locating Units

In order to receive credit for these items, they must be unopened, or completely intact and include the original packaging.

In order to receive credit for these items, you must have arranged a Return Authorization (RA) code in advance by contacting Millennium Plus within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges of any Mobile Locating Unit.

Delivery, shipping and handling, insurance, installation and/or other fees for services performed are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Returning Merchandise

Follow the simple directions below to make your return or exchange.

o Call 1.888-607-7685 to obtain a Return Authorization code.

o Include the original configuration documentation, with the return authorization code printed on it, and indicate the reason for return. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. Failure to do so may result in non-refund.

o We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.

o You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

o Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should your return not be accepted. Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.

We will do our best to process the return in a timely manner. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only, or by check when the original purchase was paid by check. All exchanges, returns and refunds are made at the sole discretion of Millennium Plus.
